Sinacola was the major subcontractor at the LBJ Freeway design/build project for the Trinity Infrastructure group on Segment 3A, 3B, 2A and 2B. The combined projects feature moving over 5,635,611 cubic yards of material off the site requiring extensive logistical coordination of trucks and specialized equipment in order to meet a compressed schedule. Other significant terms of work included lime stabilization, 500,000 SY of concrete removal, recycled and placed at roadway base.
Sinacola was a major contributor to the construction of the Dallas Cowboys
Stadium in Arlington and the rehabilitation work at the Texas Rangers Ballpark. The scope of work performed included earthwork, underground utilities, structures and concrete paving.

This project includes mass grading and storm drain improvements for a 360 acre site that will provide access to a 1.8 million square foot furniture retail and warehouse facility. The project scope of work consists of over 2 Million CY of mass Excavation, 645,000 CY of Moisture Conditioning, 200,000 tons of Flex Base and a 48,000 SF retaining wall. Water and Sanitary Sewer Utilities along with Storm Drainage were also provided to give the building contractor access to the site.
