Star Trail Phases 10 & 11, Celina

We are performing the Paving operations on these 2 phases consisting of almost 49,000 SY of paving and all associated appurtenances related thereto. In and of itself, common place for a typical subdivision. But as a whole, we have paved the previous 9 phases for a grand total through phase 11 of 384,775 SY since 2016. This does not include Phases 12 & 13 which are currently in negotiation. This does not include any of the commercial projects that this owner continues to negotiate with us. All as a repeat customer. A reflection on our ability to get things done to the owner’s satisfaction.

Texas Instruments, Sherman

We are currently performing the Grading operations for this commercial expansion project. Currently having work under contract with ongoing negotiations for additional scopes and increases to the contract. This is a repeat customer that appreciated the way we performed on the project for TI in Richardson.

Brookside Phases 1A & 1B

We are currently performing the Grading and Paving for this master planned community. Starting with an original contract which has now increased nearly 50% in value/scope with the addition of the Grading and Utilities for the Chain of Lakes amenities. And it won’t stop there. Additional developments are in negotiations.
