Sinacola has demonstrated experience in working on projects in every sector of the construction industry including municipal, heavy highway construction and State projects. Sinacola has partnered with cities and counties throughout north Texas building new infrastructure and has a proven record of completing all types of complex municipal projects whether its new infrastructure, the reconstruction of existing infrastructure, or water and sewer distribution lines.
Sinacola works with TXDOT and the NTTA building large-scale heavy highway projects that include interstates, FMs, toll roads and joint ventures. Sinacola provides and self-performs earthwork, underground utilities, bridge and wall structures, concrete paving and transportation associated with the construction of major highways such as portions of State Highway 121 and the Dallas North Tollway.
Sinacola is currently constructing approximately 10 miles of SH121 from the Collin County Outer Loop to the Fannin County Line in Collin County, Texas. Throughout the course of construction this project’s team will move 1.6 million yards of earthwork, install over 23,000 LF of RCP & RCB, place 15,000 tons of lime, build 665,500 SY’s of stabilized subgrade, construct over 3,000 CY of structural concrete, set 31,237 LF of bridge girders, finish 252,000 SF of bridge decks, install 121,150 SF of MSE & Soil Nail walls, slip over 16,000 LF of concrete railing, and place over 350,000 tons of asphalt.
Sinacola is in the process of reconstructing Frontier Parkway from the Dallas North Tollway to Preston Road for Collin County, Texas. This project has three stake holders of which include Collin County, The Town of Prosper, and the City of Celina. Throughout the construction of this project this team will perform 272,000 cubic yards of earthwork, install over 15,000 LF of RCP & RCB, construct 650 CY’s of structural concrete, set 7,700 LF of TX54 Bridge Girders, finish 55,000 SF of bridge deck, place 42,000 tons of flexbase, prepare 82,050 SY’s of subgrade, and pave 80,000 square yards of 9” concrete paving.
Sinacola has recently broke ground on the Fields & Legacy infrastructure project where this project team will construct Fields Parkway from Dallas North Tollway to the west to Teel Parkway, and build Legacy Drive to the north from Panther Creek to PGA Parkway. This project is part of the $2 Billion, 2,500 Acre development that is currently underway in northwest Frisco, Texas. This project’s team will be tasked with moving massive amounts of earthwork, installing thousands of feet of various storm, sewer, and water lines as well as their respective apparatuses, constructing 5 Con-span tunnel systems, build several mechanically stabilized earthen walls, construct two bridges over Panther Creek, and pave numerous miles of concrete roadway.
